Shall I fill ted with black color (like kenny and nelly) so it will be more obvious? also, comment? u guys are payin for the dice so it is better that everyone is happy with it =)

sry folks, im abit overwhelm by stuff this few day, can someone print out Ted and fill it up with black marker or use 1337 photoshop/ms paint skill to fill in the black?

Sorry for the late update guys. I've been working behind the scene on this.
Currently I have submitted this design samples to Chessex. Pending their reply.

sadly they come back that they need it to be black-white and not with greyscale.
anyone knows how to change them?

up your contrast i assume basically what they mean is u got to drop a lot of detail and make it just black n white no grey tones

I picked up adobe and been spending a few days on this. My true original design. Just submitted to chessex. Hope is all good.

Hello again,

You have put me in a tough position.  I really want to help you with
your project, but those designs are still obviously the four Chaos
Gods designs from Games Workshop which means that they are still
violations of their design.  They are different, but still
recognizable for what they are.  The copyright laws are nebulous about
how different the image has to be in order to be a different image,
but I would have a hard time defending these images if we drew the ire
of their lawyers again.

The generic eight pointed chaos star design is not owned by GW.  If
you are intent on making dice for your chaos armies, the only real
options would be to come up with entirely new designs or use designs
that are part of the common property, such as the previously mentioned
star.  Is this an option?
