FourEyedMonster reintro ...

Hi ... my name is Quah aka FourEyedMonster. After decades of dilly-dallying, I finally took the plunge into the miniature painting hobby and am enjoying it very much. Thanks to many helpful forum members, I have learnt a lot about the hobby in these past 9 months or so. Future must-do thingy ... undertake the hobbyist's pilgrimage to Legio Malaysia For now, I need to learn to paint faster and better. Cheers.

I re-welcome you to the forums! You should visit Legio when you can. You'll definitely learn more than visiting the blogs online.

@Alvin ... yah, with so many experts at Legio, definitely will learn more. Soon soon ... sigh ... I am also starting to sound like a broken record as per what dann said in his blog. One of these days I should make it a point to meet up with either you or limp on Firday before making the trip to Legio. Getting good news for myself (you know what I mean) would be an excuse for a celebratory trip to Legio heh heh.

Planning to go to Hobby Forge when the new mag and book on painting arrives. Still keeping some budget alive for reading material and mag. Will check with you to see if you are going when I next make the trip.

@limp ... Yah, I think so. I am thinking it would be a good investment so as to improve my painting skills. (What FourEyes is actually saying ==> it's the only excuse he can find to buy something with a nearly non-existent budget)
