Since I'm still very enthusiastic about my Death Company, I would like to continue painting them after I finish some of my current painting projects.

This is my all time favourite list.

Improved List:
I've also thought up another list to make my army a bit faster. The single Drop Pod is meant to be plunked right into enemy lines and try to pop something. They'll serve as a distraction while the Stormravens carry the rest of the army in. Hopefully the 1 less Dreadnought will make little difference.

I'll post up the WIP pictures of what I have and what I'm gonna continue to do when I can.

Finally finished my 20 men Death Company.

There is no doubt that this is the most difficult army I've ever played. With so many funky rules and the winning conditions are only to wipe out the enemy, or to get more kill points if it was a Kill Points mission.

Nevertheless, it's still a fun and crazy army to play.








I'll be painting the remaining 5 guys then move on to Astorath and Lemartes soon.

I've fought this army twice. The latest was on Sunday where my Necrons got slaughtered in close combat. I must say, despite the slaughter, it was fun (except for the overzealous spectator making me feel .. not so fun). But being Necrons, you better be ready coz We'll Be Back

The army of sweetness.... they come to you with open arms but with swords & fist that will cut,slice & bash you to bits without any sense of guilt. "For We Are Death N Only Death We Will Bring"

Lol. This army is super weak against AP 3 or lower, fast armies, and power weapons. But against the rest it's not so bad. But it's really funny to play.

Kadir, the game was fun yeah, but you nearly passed your Ld, if pass then I'm so screwed. Haha. Too many power weapons for me to handle.

There's a lot of way to play against this army that don't involve direct confrontation in Turn 1. But I have just about an hour left to play that time, so I said to myself --> why not? Hahaha!

Yeah, but usually if the enemy stays far away from me, I'll sit back for 1 turn and release all the Bloodstrike Missiles first, then I'll rush forward.

Except that against Necron, most probably you'll have to go through at least one turn of night fight.

This army is really nasty. When I choose to confront you head on, I am well aware from the very beginning that my Necron is gonna be defeated. But I never thought it is gonna be that quick hahaha..

I would like to pit my Necron list vs this.

My Nemesor will make you lose your FC. Evil.

I think Necrons are a bit tougher than the usual armies, though the Grey Knights are the top threat against this army, with the power weapon and initiative 6. Coz Necrons can come back on a 4+ or 5+, which makes them better than having Feel No Pain. Only way to beat Necrons is with combat resolution or a proper wipe out.

At least Mr Nemesor can't remove my FC if he can't see me in the Stormraven. Haha.

Yup.. otherwise I would have done that already.. Too bad.

Funny enough, it was the Wraiths that got killed. Maybe your Necrons are different, bring em, my guys are always ready to fight! RAGE!!!

28 wounding hits to 5 Wraiths (9 wounds left) --> all dead. Even by mathammer, they should die

Finally finished with the infantry. I only got Astorath, Lemartes, and the 2 Stormravens to finish before this army is fully complete. If i want to play the Drop Pod list, I'll need to paint another 7 guys, I might just paint more Death Company to expand this army.

Thinking of your death company theme army. I think the only death company related unit you have not field yet is Death Company Tycho.

I want to, but for a character that doesn't benefit my army in any way, even fluff wise, I'm not gonna use him.

I think he's just a sub-par character. especially the Death Company version. The deal breaker was the fact that he's not an IC.

give Tycho his own land raider hahaha

Lol. I'd rather take a full Death Company Squad in a Stormraven. That's how over-costed he is. (Only because he needs his own transport or get insta-gibbed from afar.)

Finished with Lemartes, I'm halfway painting Astorath, but need to stop for a short while, it's like high time for assignments for me now.

This is the list that I'll be testing today, since I've already played my previous list for so long already, I figured it's time to make it a little different.

I figured that this list should be funny since it's got so many more men. Now it has 36 men as compared to 26 from the old list. But of course, it now has 1 less Death Company Dreadnought.

i thought razorback can only fit 5ppl?
