6th Schutzen Imperial Guard for 6th ed - first cut

This is the updated version of my assault infantry list. Funny enough, the changes are subtle, but substantial.

6th Schutzen Regiment, Brandenburg Imperial Guard

HQ:
Company Command - vox caster, regimental standard

TROOPS:
1st Platoon (Assault)
- Command - bolt pistol, power weapon, vox caster, 2x grenade launchers, meltagun
- 1st squad - vox caster, meltagun, krak grenades, commissar w power weapon, sgt w power weapon
- 2nd squad - meltagun, krak grenades, sgt w power weapon
- 3rd squad - meltagun, krak grenades, sgt w power weapon

2nd Platoon (Assault)
- Command - bolt pistol, power weapon, vox caster, 2x grenade launchers, meltagun, krak grenades
- 1st squad - vox caster, meltagun, krak grenades, commissar w power weapon, sgt w power weapon
- 2nd squad - meltagun, krak grenades, sgt w power weapon
- 3rd squad - meltagun, krak grenades, sgt w power weapon

3rd Platoon (Support)
- Command - plasma gun, lascannon
- 1st squad - vox caster, plasma gun, lascannon
- 2nd squad - plasma gun, lascannon
- Heavy weapons squad - 3x missile launchers

HEAVY SUPPORT:
Tank Squadron
- Leman Russ - hull & sponson heavy bolters
- Leman Russ - hull & sponson heavy bolters

It's not that scary. Overwatch is only 60 or so shots per platoon - that's only 10 hits @ S3. Just looks intimidating

What is really scary has nothing to do with 6th ed. First rank fire! Second rank fire! gives 90 shots per platoon @ BS3

The interesting thing to try out is charging MCs and vehicles with 30 krak grenade attacks. I think that should hurt something

I think I may need to ditch the Manticore and get a Hydra though

I can't access the GW FAQ for IG. Spunky, u ada tak? I wana see if the new Ordnance rule affect Marbo at all or not.

Now, that pizza plate it full str against vehicles, a demo charge behind enemy's arse seems very useful (& funny too!!).

I want my Commander & bodyguards to wield 2 plasma pistols each...baru brutal cowboy-stylo!!

wah imagine u make a real air calv with the officers holding two plasma pistols and riflemen

got to get some cowboy hats for all of em.

Yea there will definitely be a lot of fliers in this edition, and with better survivability too
