Against The Black Crusade : Raven Guard

The Black Crusade are coming. It's time to prepare my Raven Guard for it. I'll start with the 1500pts:

i m suprised there are no scouts in a RG list..

All my scouts graduate already lor.. 10,000 years should be enough to graduate unless you're a damn slow learner.

The list is very much CC-oriented (just how I like it ). It was a bit scary fighting against 6 Oblits and 6 Blasmasters. But my 3++ saves was quite good and my forces able to reach his line with enough punch to bring down his army. Summore his EC don't use bolters, so not much S4 shooting coming at my marines.

My idea for improvement is put one tactical unit in Drop Pod (as additional Alpha Strike force) and the other one will come in the Storm Raven.

Space Marines can access Storm ravens now?

The new SM Codex is quite tricky for my Raven Guard.

1. It give Stealth and Scouts for the 1st turn for non-bulky/very bulky units.
Is quite okay except that Jump Pack don't benefit from it. Summore 50% of the game is night fight already so that Stealth thing is quite wasted when Night Fight in play.

2. It allows Jump Infantries to use Jump Packs in both Movement and Assault Phase. This one is actually a step back from Fleet in terms of charging. But by using Jump Packs, they do get +1 auto hit bonus in form of Hammer of Wrath. So we can say it is still a plus lar.

3. Shrike may only infiltrate with Jump Infantries.

My initial thoughts:
1. After tailoring my list to maximise the use of Fleet, it feels kinda sucks that now we lost it. No more Fleeting Terminators. Lucky I didn't paint them fully yet.
2. However, the new codex allow me to build the same Jump Infantry list I had back in the 4th Ed. And RG Chapter Tactics makes me want to maximise on them.
3. All my other unit loses the benefit of RG Chapter Tactics after the 1st turn. Not Good. I need to put them in Ally Detachment. Min Scouts for troops.
4. Tacticals - will be repainted into Death Spectres Chapter, allowing me to use whatever Chapter Tactic that can benefit them.
5. Centurion Devastator is a good counter for WKnight. Maybe..

Time to come up with a list.
