True.. It is all because of the Holofield. If don't have holofield then maybe people take care a bit to keep the shield. Now they can just use that remarkable D6+1 S7 ignore cover shots without worry.

I only destroyed 2 WS in two games:
i. Bloodthirster assaulting in 1st game;
ii. Got lucky with Helldrake Vector Strike in 2nd.
Both cases also cover don't have any meaning.

When I shot them from far with Lasscannons, only 1 got through and I rolled 2 for result. Damn resilient, need pure luck to destroy even one.

On the other hand, the Serpents killed my BThirster, Bloodletters, Berserkers and Rhinoes without breaking a sweat.

got to play more games... especially DE. Really paper thin planes now! Kinda forces DE to buy flickerfields

at least this justifies that huge wave serpent buyout during 4th/5th ed hahaha

Having Flicker didn't help when there's more than 5 Glance/Pen to saves from. My 1st experience against the new Eldar was with my DE. Serpents took out my tissue plane real easy. By the end of the 3rd game turn, Eldar already leading by 9-1 in KP so I concede lah hahaha..

I'll try a Raider rush so whatever happens, my Berserkers may assault.

The rational :
i. My Berserkers never got into combat in all games vs Eldar. I just want to claim some skulls for the Skullthrone!
ii. AV14 is immune to ScatLass WS. Now only have to watch out for Lance and Melta.
iii. One FMC is not enough for CC-based list. So now try 2 pulak so can handle 2 WraithLords/Knights simultaneously.
iv. Khorne style. Lots of weakness. Not OP.

i miss the good old days of ramming around with 2 land raiders.

if i'm you, i would invest 30pts more for 2 Wrath banners for that 2 berzerker squads to ensure I get the charge.

@Dann : memang pun hahaha.. my WE not just lost, but got TAed in all recent games against Eldar.

Vs tau I say quite hard for the tau bro... tau lack good av14 poppin action with only 1 weapon capable to do it from range. If you had hounds lagi pening bro cause then suddenly so many things in front of me.

Dunno if u noticed but the xenos got a bit gimped vs av14 unless u melta it.

Nice list. I love land raiders! I guess Eldar would have massed lance weapons - but they never pen or glance for some reason. Either that, or they don't hit

During the Force Recon, I had fun playing the Daemons of Khorne. So now I'm looking to increase the size of my Daemons of Khorne and so now looking for more old metal Bloodletters. If anyone has them, please inform me or pm me the price for them. Don't care if painted or unpainted.

There is a daemon bomb list out there I think quite powerful using lots of Bloodletters. Feel free to modify it to your own style.

Should go for Cultists instead to save some points and give your CSM Khorne Prince, gift of mutation.

2 greater gifts are much better for survivability since Khorne tends has to get into combat and that means exposed on the ground much more than other marks.

Just keep 1 exalted for Grimoire will do.

I want 20 cultists but the problem is.. I don't have any cultist. Troops I have are all in power armours. Of course can buy but don't think can finish painting in such a short time.

You're the expert on Daemons so what you say must be true on gifts. But I like the Exalted Gifts, most particularly the Warp Tether. Summore depends on mission, a Portalglyph can be handy.

Now two questions:
i. Should I drop the Plasmagun, and..
- take GoM (CSM DP) + Flamer (CSM);
- take Lesser Gift (Damons DP) + Flamer (CSM);
- take GoM + BlindFury (CSM DP);
- take Black Mace (CSM DP); or
- any suggestion?

ii. Do Daemon Weapons give + D6 attacks when performing Smash? Say a Khorne Prince with BlindFury --> 3 (basic) + 2 (Rage) + D6 (BlindFury) = 6 to 11 Smash attacks on the charge?

i. GoM + BlindFury is fine.

ii. Nope. You halve your total attacks. Not half your base attacks then only add in the bonuses.

Joe I think this one is wrong lah. Because according the rulebook, multiplier happened before add/subtract.

What I mean by the question is since Smash is a special kind of attack, does it benefit from special weapons? In this case, the +D6 attacks from Daemon Weapons.

What we know from the FAQ is that the DP do gain the bonus attack from charging. What about additional hand weapon (e.g. : Bloodthirster with two Specialist Weapons) or daemonic weapons?

dunno la...
But sounds a bit too cheese. I would go for no la.
