About this list, you will suffer against Flyers or FMC.

The thing about daemon FMC is that they will fry you with breath of chaos which ignores armour saves. Smile

breath of chaos is still a psy spell right.. can be nullified right. At the moment all the codex have to wait for the faq if we can actually use the skyfire missile.. abit funny you give all the benefit to flyer but none to counter them.

still can fight FMCs with this list. Just keep shooting at it. One hit, and there's a 1/3 chance to be grounded. Once grounded, you can kill it Very Happy

Whatever it is bro, FMC will be FMCs... grounding them depends on a 1/6 probability of a hit followed by a 1/3 chance to ground them... a lot hangs on ur dice rolls.

As for Joe... well I'll like to think of him and Alvin as the benchmark. Kalah tak ape. But when you eventually beat cheese... then you get to be one huge mouse!

cikgudin was never a bench to begin with... he is way high up for a bench..hahahha..

I dont care much for those flying demon at the moment... you guys should enjoyed while you can.. they will get nerf eventually... or GW decides to give all races some special ammo better then skyfire later to take out flyer. It will most likely happen once people start yapping about it in forums... this is broken..Overkill... etc..etc..

@ Blee- a good way to put it. But i never considered Alvin & Joo as a benchmark... cant see why i should. Come to think of it, Joo i might consider as a benchmark but not Alvin..NEVER.. to jinx playing with him.. my rolls will get screwed up every time i play with him.. Smile . I can even destroy his stormraven... No . But its still fun playing with Joo & Alvin.. plenty of patience is required to play these two.

well the guy explain as follows.. its pretty nasty actually.

How It Works
For starters, the 5 Imperial Guard Infantry Squads unite to form a single 50 man squad led by Njal and the Primaris Psyker who cast 'buffing' powers on the unit , while being flanked by both Lone Wolves.

So for example, you could have 50 Imperial Guard all re-rolling to hit because Njal casting Prescience and receiving a 4++ invulnerable save from Njal casting Forewarning. Then, to top it all off, the Primaris Psyker can cast Endurance, giving the unit Feel No Pain as well. Try shifting all of that if you can!

And don't forget that Njal gives the unit And They Shall Know No Fear and re-rolls on Morale checks with his Saga Of Majesty. Saga of Majesty really wasn't anything to write home about until now.

Flanking this 50 man squad are 2 Lone Wolves with the usual Chainfist and Storm Shield load out to deal with any tanks, monstrous creatures or walkers. Meanwhile the 50 man squad has 4 Power Axes for some Strength 4, AP2 goodness.

And then, you've got 5 squads of Grey Hunters running about, led by Wolf Guard while the Long Fangs provide covering fire with their missile launchers.

So you throw the 50 man squad and Lone Wolves at the enemy as a big distraction and firepower sponge, while the Grey Hunters go and grab those objectives and crush any resistance.
