Black Crusade of DOOOM!!!

I have a beautifully converted and painted Abaddon model and felt a bit wasted not able have him seeing battle.
This list is built for the sake of him, the Horus's "son" himself.



Abaddon (Go with Termies or with Oblits if Oblits are deepstriking)

Like the list that I've posted (see Abba-Din & The Plasma-Crazed Nurglites), taking Abaddon will open the Chosen as Troops. And of course, plasmaguns are the top choice since we can take a lot of them per chosen sqd - madness!!

But I'm still unsure what specialized marks should be given to them, or do they even need the mark of chaos at all?

Since they'll be open to enemy fire all the time, MoN seems like the only way to go. If it were me, I wont bother with Chosens at all, unless they're MoK and tailored for close combat.

@AK, similiar but added more mobility to them.

@Din, at first I wanted to mark them but their price is really too expensive.
Since they will be in the rhino and then disembark to shoot, might as well keep them cheap.

Oh yalah.. you did take Rhino which is good but wasted lah since only 2 people can fire from the Firepoints. Anyway Rhino is still good to provide mobile cover by moving Flat Out in movement phase.

AK, after considering your points. You are right. This list can only be a fun list. It will still die to competitive list out there as it lack the ability to deal with quantity. The Chosen are just too expensive. Just add around 20 more points I can get a squad of 10 men CSM.

well, maybe next time can think of a better list for my Abaddon. For now, he will have to stay in the shelf looking pretty.

Oh yeah, something about the list, I noticed that Daemon Princes are no longer Eternal Warriors, holy funny crap. Hahaha. Not really viable for the amount of points you pay.

yup, after my DP died to 1 pop shot from the Doom Scythe, I realized that. lol
