For the past few months in absence, I've been fiddling with the DA codex. It is a very interesting codex, that's fer sure.

Summary:-
1. 7 scoring units (3.5 times my usual Din's Approach)
2. 8 meltaguns + 3 multimelta shots
3. 15 t/l 18" plasmaguns
4. 1 plasma cannon @ BS5
5. 16 t/l bolters
6. 1 x 3" radius 4+ invul sv bubble
7. 1 x 12" radius FnP bubble
8. 18 models @ 4 x S5 rending close combat attacks each when charging
8. 31 bikes + 3 attack bikes + 1 jetbike models

now that looks like one nasty list.. how come they have rending.

My guess you haven't read the latest FAQ. RWCS can now go up to 5 man ..

Tak payah la..diorang already have skilled rider, thus altogether they are enjoying 3+ armour, 4+ invul, 4+ cover & 5+ FnP at T5.

Yup, this is a very fast & furious list.

The Standard of Fortitude makes the units much more resilient with the 12" radius FnP bubble.

I can also opt to change it with the Standard of Devastation, turning all the t/l bolters on the bikes to fire Salvo 2/4 shots per bike all the way muahaha!!

The larger command squad is very attractive! I've got a new list w some funky standards too

Standard of Devastation is really good with Ravenwing. Mobile 4 shots twinlinked is gila!

SoD sounds really interesting indeed!! Now I know that my LRC can really deliver a whopping bolter dakka-dakka!! Combo that with the Rad ammo from the grenade launcher, then MEQs can be wounded on 3+ hahaha !!

But, if I were to include my LRC, then this list isn't going to be a pure RW list anymore..

Its sad that the PFG can't influence other models if the character is embarked in a vehicle, but since mine would be on the biker-librarian, then this isn't going to affect da list/game plan much.

Increase to 5 lah. Reduce the FA Knights to 4

Dark Talon works best if I'm taking a SW Rune Priest with JoTWW. Stand alone, its not as impressive. I can combo it with the SoD, but its not ez to maintain the min 6" radius especially when the Talon's min movement is 18".

Nephilim is just purely for anti-air, which the list is sorely lacking at the moment.
