Game of Thrones Pt.3 [Knight of House Clegane]

Progress on my Game of Thrones project continues with a Knight of House Clegane. This miniature allowed me to practise blending and yet more freehand heraldry painting. The Shield was great but what impressed me the most was the heraldry in the Horse Blanket those must have been hard to do especially considering the curves of those blankets.

To be honest, I didn't do a good job on the 'horse blankets' as I did not achieve any consistency in the hounds that I painted. But the good thing from this experience is that I have learned, through trial and error, to steady my hands when doing freehand ... this from a coffee-lover whose caffeine intake is bordering on unhealthy (cue super shaky hands).
