Black Moon Cadre [GK Ally]

Don't try to burn me for the heresy just yet.

I'm thinking of using two Soda Pop miniatures as my GK ally, they are the same scale, just not as "bulky" as GW models. I'll be using a normal GW strike squad though.

I've always wanted to use the vindicare assassin as I like the concept of "one shot one kill" but did not find the GW one nice. Additionally the female minis from SPM actually look feminine, as compared to GW ones which I get the feeling the designer likes "masculine" and muscled women.


I need some "OK" signs for me to use them in casual games before I consider buying them as I don't want to get minis that I can't play. It's not competitive, really just something I want to see in action. They are not grim dark I know but I think with my painting, they probably can be.

Here's the list, why the malleus inquisitor you ask, well because the SPM mini uses a huge two-handed sword (it's also super cheap). The only thing I found in the wargear which was two-handed was the demonblade. However, in the codex I'm allowed to carry another weapon, so for WYSIWYG sake, I just put a chainsword as the secondary weapon.

Got my order sent, hopefully it's not going to be as long as last time. Getting Army Painter brushes too.

Since they are allies, including the strike squad, I'll be trying to do NMM for the first time. Of course, they will still have the standard colour scheme as my army - purple, grey, black. Purple glowy NMM swords to be precise.
