| Progress of my laziest army ever: Dark Angels Didn't have much time for 40K lately, so wanted to see how lazy I could get with model assembly + painting. Starting with the Unit #1: Dark Vengeance box Deathwing Doesn't need glue at all, and very few flash lines to clean. Around 4 pieces to assemble per model too. Base-coated these white, washed with Devlan Mud, drybrushed Bleached Bone (biege). Added the secondary colours and a highlight. | |

| But... but... I'm too lazy to!
(I had my drill and meant to drill it, but couldn't be bothered to paint the hole black afterwards) | |

| Unit #2: Dark Vengeance Box Ravenwing Did this Instead of fixing the details on the previous Deathwing unit. A bit more difficult to assemble and clean in comparison, and I had to use bottled undercoat to get to areas the spray couldn't. Basically drybrushed the whole thing with dark grey on a large brush. Then a lighter grey on the white parts, and an even lighter grey. Finished with a drybrush of pure white. Picked out the red and brown details, and gave these a drybrush of beige. Finished with a devlan mud and nuln oil washes. Took slightly longer than the Deathwing unit, but still managed to get everything done in 2 sessions. This is all the time I can spare nowadays... | |

| Dark Vengeance DA Librarian, and SE Interrogator Chaplain: Again flat base colours + wash of Nuln Oil + beige drybrush + a few highlights here and there. Took a night. | |

| Laziness captured in photos: 1. Paint in light tones 2. Wash 3. Drybrush with a neutral colour 4. Add details to taste | |

| Hahaha.. that's a very good method for the lazy ones!! I like!! Back in 2004/05. I got a WFB tourney the next day and my 20 Khorne-Gor were still unpainted. I remember using almost similar techniques and able to finish them in time. My Beastmen kena buli kaw-kaw punya in the tourney | |

| Weird how the photos' orientation were correct on the PC, but not in the forum... Just finished some DW Knights. I used the same techniques, and added a green glaze at the end. Found that non-snap-fit assembly added a lot to the time taken! DW Knights with perfidious relic of the Sanrio. DW Knights upon realising how perfidious the relic is... | |

| The Darkshroud is surprisingly quick to paint. Assembly is easy too, and you can swap the twin-linked statue on the turret to Plasma without needing magnets. | |
