Codex Space Marines & CikguDin

With Chaos looming just around the corner, here i thought building a Codex Space Marines army/list will be the 'right' thing to do.

The list below is for 1500pt-games, which can be increased to 1750pts very easily.

HQ
1. Lysan-Din


TROOPS
1. SM Scouts: 5-men with Sniper rifles, camo cloaks, 1 heavy bolter.
2. SM Scouts: 5-men with Sniper rifles, camo cloaks, 1 heavy bolter.
3. SM Scouts: 5-men with Sniper rifles, camo cloaks, 1 heavy bolter.


ELITES
1. Sterguard Veterans: Sergeant & 9 Veterans with 2 meltaguns, 8 combi-meltas, 1 power axe (Sergeant's)

Transport: Drop Pod


FAST ATTACKS
1. Storm Talon: T/L Lascannon, T/L Assault Cannons
2. Storm Talon: T/L Lascannon, T/L Assault Cannons
3. Storm Talon: T/L Lascannon, T/L Assault Cannons


HEAVY SUPPORTS
1. Thunderfire Cannon
2. Thunderfire Cannon

The Sternguards better take some flamers for anti-infantries. 6th Ed favours infantry-horde list very much so having flamers would help you take care of them, especially those hulking behind the Aegis Defense Lines.

Personally, My WE not gonna like this list. Not many skulls to crack (Though Lysander's skulls is good to behold )

But AK your WE CSM now have flakk right so flyers could be handled...

Anyway Cikgu Din, I'm curious how will you be able to capture objectives if the enemy bypasses your blob and goes for your troops and possibly then go for your static TFC.

@BLee : I think you misunderstood. My WE dont like the list not because of the 3 Flyers. But simply because there's only 28 skulls to collect in the list hahaha..

Aniway.. Dont know if I'll be fielding any Flak Missiles. Might as well get the ADL with Quadgun. Much cheaper than 4 Havocs with 4 ML
