But you can always upgrade a couple with Phaseshift and include one Chronocryptek. All that (but without SWeave) will cost you around 460 pts saja.

i rather have the SWeave. coz having 3+ armour is just like marines. And looking at our meta-game spamming on ML, is not safe running around with power armor yo.

But all that weave means nothing to my Desintegrator Cannons

Now my LordStar has 3 wounds allocation group (2+ save, 2+/3+ inv save, 3+ inv save).
And they will have 3 Inv saves available to them. Nemesor will join them for the additional wound soaking and Res Orb provider.

The squad costs 665pts along with Nemesor. =.=!!
If include a Ghost Ark, costs 780pts. *faint*
They cost about the same as 10 tooled up paladins. lolz

one nice JOWW and that's 600 over pts...

In fact when I first tried the lordstar, it has 5 fully tooled up lords and 5 crypteks with nemesor and got JoWW 3 times. But due to my impressively normal rolls, only 1 lord goes down. So ok la. I think with fewer model count in the unit, can minimize JoWW a bit.

Last time I had only one Destroyer Lord with Mindshackle Scarabs accompanied by Wraiths fighting against 6 fully kitted Paladins. The only power weapon was on my Destroyer Lord but the Paladins were wiped out in 3 rounds of combat. What I did was mindshackle the right model --> Thunderhammer guy!!

Usually 10 man Paladin unit will have 2-3 guys with THammer. Catch them and watch how fast the Paladins die.

but only 5 wounds unit. can easily succumb to enemy small firearm.

last game i had my 1000over pts lordstar against Yip. He casted murderous hurricane on them. At my turn, i needed to teleport them. So deepstriked. 2 lords died just rolling 1s and I failed my inv saves. GG. lolz

one of my Inquisitorial DCA squad once managed to wipe out a 10-man Paladin squad in one charge..
so, if a bunch of T3 girls can do that, I believe the 'DOOOMLordstar' can do it too..

Changed the Obyron out because:
1) he usually get to teleport 1 time and once stuck in combat i tend to get stuck there because teleporting again = 1 less turn fighting
2) he doesn't have inv saves and get easily picked on by power weapons

The points are swapped for:
1) Lord with warscythe in MSS hidden in a big unit of Lychguards
2) Juice up the Lance-Chrono court

Will see how it goes again.

The monolith does intimidate my oponents but is really a 1 hit wonder. couldn't really get the pts back much.

will remove it and replace back with wraiths since i will need more mobility and things to take care of dreads (my lychguards unit always get stuck with a dread which is a waste)

just a suggestion bro.. why not give 2 of you cryptec with the weapon that has infinate range.. forgot the name.. it reduces armor also what.. 4 shot lance 2 shot reduce armor

max only can have 5 crypteks per court.


good suggestion there, let's analyze.

4 S8 with a reroll vs 3 S8 with a reroll and a chance to reduce AV by 1, i think the 4 S8 is still better because they can be used against elite units like termies or high toughness monsters like nids.

Harp of Dissonance requires 3+ to hit then 4+ for Entropic Strike to work.
Is too random and that's a wasted S8 shot since max can only have 5 crypteks per court. Not to mentiion, it is 20pts more exp than a normal Lance Cryptek.

For pts efficiency and damage output flexibility, 4 S8 with a reroll is still a better option I'm afraid.
