I like the 1st list.. Shooty orkses!!

Will test 1st list vs Dann tomorrow. With his army all having 2+ saves and FnP. Will really get to see the show down between quantity vs quality.

Tried 1st list vs Dann. Got 15 terrains on the table. Not very good for a shooty army at all. It definitely a match where quantity vs quality. Haha.
But in the end, is definitely hard to take down so many 2+ armour saves with FnP.
Furthermore 1 stormraven came in and took down 2 dakka jet at alone.

Unfortunately Dann had to go and I couldn't test my 2nd list out.
Jake came later and so we pitched our armies against each other. He was playing Tau.

My nob bikers got took down after 2 rounds of shooting from his army. And his army couldn't do much against Flyers. So it was a game of shooting and saves. lol.
In the end of the game, we both captured 1 objective each and killed each other warlord. But I won the game coz I got First Blood. Close game!

it was a good game joe! totally enjoyed it. My army is really small, but it sure took a hell of a lot of shots to even kill one guy!

One important lesson I learnt was how easily armour was destroyed! On deepstrike, dante's unit destroyed 1 battlewagon. The next turn, dante split from the unit and both took out a battlewagon each! Mind you, the SGuards unit had to use S5 punches, and they still BLEW the battlewagon up!

My stormraven took one volley from Lootaz and a Weirdboy and was blown outta the sky. Luckily my 2nd raven came in and took out two Dakkajets with POTMS.

Armour is seriously frail this ed, and hull points aren't really that important when you get hit by things like melta or lascannons...

It was just unlucky on your side, Joe. If your nob bikers and lootas worked as they should I think I'd lose pretty quickly.

shit, just found out that my dakka jet's Supa Shootas are just 30". Not 36".

Erm joe only half your army can be in reserves maximum.

Erm...Shaun, flyers must come in from reserves. So they are not counted for having half army can come in from reserves.

My only non flyers units are
- nob bikers
- gretchins
- veterens in chimera

So I can still have my gretchins in reserve. ;-)

Haha sorry bro. Didnt know that. So you do not count flyers towards the half in reserve limit?

Does that mean your gonna get Valkryie's and convert? Transporting those and you Dakka Jets will be a nightmare
